A Board of Directors will govern the council. The Board will be elected by the full Council membership. The Board had not yet been elected.

Resource Development/Funding Committee Chair
10 At-Large Members
Currently, the council has an Interim Board composed of five of above positions. The Interim Board member term expires at or before the end of June 2008. Future Board member terms will be 36 months, with staggered terms. One-third of Board members will be elected annually.
Executive Director The executive director reports to the Board of Directors. He/she will have broad responsibilities and focus, and function as the Chief Executive Officer. Candidates must be free of conflicts of interest (have no financial ties to CRHC members). A consulting relationship may be established in lieu of a conventional employment arrangement. This position will be supported by a full-time and part-time staff assistant and/or in-kind contributions. Currently, the interim board has interviewed two qualified candidates.
