Identify the Issues
At the first council meeting, September 30, 2006, 111 issues were identified. A survey asking 48 participants to select their top 15 strategic issues, with 28 participants responding reduced this list to the top 14 issues.
These strategic issues were then grouped into the following themes:
- Attitude/ Culture/ Wellness
- Cost
- Information
- Process/ Integration
The Next Step
The next step for the council is to select which issues are priorities. Ellen Jackson (Roper St. Francis Health Care) is charring a committee to propose the 3 to 5 top issues. |
